Programmes
Over the years, we’ve created a range of behavioural tools—some light-touch, others more in-depth—designed to suit different needs and budgets. The majority of products we make are shared under Creative Commons 4.0, so you’re free to adapt and use it (even commercially), as long as you credit us. We do this because we genuinely want to make a difference.
We work globally—if we can reach you (virtually or in person) and you’re serious about improving performance, we’re in.

Programme Journey
Welcome to a road less ordinary—one paved with insight, practical tools, and a good dose of curiosity. Here’s how the journey unfolds when you partner with Sodak to create more effective, human-centred workplaces.

BIA Workshops
Behavioural Analysis and Design (BAD) is a technique that examines incidents and breaches through the lens of behavioural science, focusing on how the local environment influenced individual actions. It helps uncover why people made decisions that led to unexpected outcomes, based on two core beliefs: that no one intended harm, and that incidents are shaped by wider organisational and industry conditions.
We offer three versions of our BAD toolkit—covering Incident Analysis, Assurance, and Security—all built around the same principles and using the Performance Equation as a framework for understanding and redesigning behaviour.
Working with Sodak changed the way I now think and approach issues at work and in my life.
