Programmes

Over the years we have developed a number of behavioural tools that can impact your business a lot or just a little depending on what you want and can afford. Everything we produce is licenced under creative commons 4.0; that means you can take it, develop it further, copy it, use it (even for commercial gain) as long as you credit us as the producer of the material. We are that passionate about making a difference to peoples lives that we want to make this as easy as we viably can.

We work across the globe. Basically, if we can get to you, and you are serious enough about improving performance we can work something out. We currently spend our time in the UK, Ireland, Canada and the US but we don’t want to stop there.

Reflective Leadership

The way we lead is changing. Traditional leadership is loosing relevance in a fast paced highly social world of myriad connections. Modern research definitively shows that people perform better in nurturing environments, yet many organisations and managers still rely on coercive leadership styles to drive progress. This wont work for much longer.

Effectiveness and Performance

Applying behavioural science to business has been proven to improve performance in many areas. It can be applied to anything that involves people. The Sodak programme for improving performance has a record of delivering at least 3 times your investment in outlay costs.

Health Safety and Quality

A scientific approach to improving human performance and reliability in an at-risk environment. The health and safety of an employee is affected by the task that they carry out, in the environment created by the organisation. No employee comes to work with the explicit intention of going home in a worse state than when they arrived. Health and Safety is a by-product of successful task execution. Create an environment that promotes and encourages healthier and safer behaviours by applying a scientific approach to your business.

Health and Wellbeing

Imagine a workplace where you actually end up better when you leave than when you started? Currently, for many, this is not the case. Work can be a place that expands us, cares for us, helps us to be better versions of ourselves. It can be a place that is there for us in times of need. A place of discovery and excitement.
