We are, at this moment in time, the sum of everything we have experienced and done.
In 10 or 20 years time, we will be a different people... we will be the sum of what that person has experienced and done.
That's good news, because we can, with a bit of effort, future design ourselves, to be, someone a bit or a lot different.
If we create an environment that prompts, supports and encourages different behaviours in our self tomorrow, the next day and the next, those experiences shape who we become. Literally.
The question is, what or rather who do you want to be?
We are defined by our daily behaviours.
