Listen to that feeling, the feeling you have when you are doing something.
If everything feels normal, it’s because you are doing what you’ve always done.
But if you are feeling some anxiety perhaps, an uncomfortable feeling when you are doing something new, that’s good, it should feel weird.
That feeling tells you that you are on the right track, if the track is wanting to do something different.
Nothing changes if nothing changes. You get change when you start doing something different. Different feels different.
If it don’t feel different it ain't that different.
