The Application Paradox

The Application Paradox

A lot of people, like 95% of people we teach behavioural science to, have a major light bulb moment around human behaviours and how they work. Sometimes it's transformational, like, life changing.

A lot of people, like 95%, find it hard to find the time to use the change tools and the techniques we suggest to change behaviour. Like 50%.

Those that use the techniques to find the time, and then to change behaviours have 100% success.

Many people find that the environment has such an grip over their behaviour, they can't step out of it long enough to start the change.

They are literally consumed by everyone else's behaviours and agendas. They are too busy, too stressed, too in it...

Part of successful change requires you to master your environment long enough to change it to support your new, desired behaviours.

The paradox - Learning is not enough, you have to be in the right space, place and time in your life to be able to apply it, to practice it.

You can make it more likely that you are in that place, space and time, by applying it.
